Cyber.net.au is a digital marketing agency offering services including but not limited to:

All services are subject to separate agreements outlining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- * Provide accurate and timely information as required.
- * Cooperate with our team to ensure project success.
- * Ensure you have the authority to use any third-party materials you supply to us.
Cyber is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input.
4. Payment Terms
Unless stated otherwise:
- * All invoices are due within 7 days from the date of issue.
- * Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month.
- * Work may be paused or terminated for overdue accounts.
- * Retainer services are billed monthly in advance.
All prices are listed in AUD and exclusive of GST unless specified.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, strategies, and campaigns created by Cyber remain the property of Cyber until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the client, excluding third-party tools, plugins, and licenses.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your written consent, unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cyber shall not be liable for:
- * Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- * Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
- * Delays or failures caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta)
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 30 days.
8. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or recommend third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, plugins, hosting providers). We are not liable for any issues, outages, or changes related to those services.
9. Termination
You or Cyber may terminate the service agreement at any time with 14 days written notice. On termination:
- * All outstanding fees remain payable
- * Access to deliverables may be restricted until final payment
- * We reserve the right to retain non-paid work.
10. Changes to Terms
Cyber reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
